What Services Do I Offer?

​Starting with a warm, client-led, person-centred approach, I then integrate various therapeutic models like Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, CBT, Self-Compassion, and Attachment theory to create a personalised experience tailored to your needs.  I offer the following types of counselling:

Short-Term, Issue-Based Counselling:

 

After an initial assessment and goal-setting, we’ll work through six focused sessions to address a specific issue in a structured way.

Longer-Term, Person-Centred Integrative Counselling:

This ongoing counselling adapts to your evolving needs, offering deeper work that promotes holistic healing and greater self-awareness.

Mindfulness-Based Person-Centred Counselling:

 

Incorporating mindfulness, self-compassion, and cognitive therapy, this longer term approach uses meditation, breathwork, and movement to support natural healing.

East Meets West Mindfulness-Based Counselling:

 

This longer term therapy integrates Buddhist and Vedanta teachings, using meditation and mindfulness practices to foster spiritual growth and easeful living.

Fees

 

Each 50-minute session is £50, payable on the day.

 

I also offer limited spaces for clients on a low income—please feel free to ask if you'd like more information.
